What we collect
The audit collects business contact details, market and industry context, selected channels, growth-stage answers, Growth OS maturity inputs, and funnel simulation ranges. These inputs are used to generate the scorecard and private report.
How we use it
DriveFunnels uses audit data to generate your Growth OS diagnosis, save a private report link, prepare consultation context, improve diagnostic benchmarks, and follow up about relevant Strategy OS, Acquisition OS, or Activation OS work.
Systems we use
Audit and report records may be stored in secure cloud systems such as Supabase. Lead follow-up information may be sent to GoHighLevel so the DriveFunnels team can create contacts, opportunities, tasks, and follow-up notes. These systems are used to operate the consultation workflow, not to sell personal data.
Who can access it
Saved audit submissions are intended for the DriveFunnels team and the person or company that receives the private report link. Do not share a report link publicly if the audit contains sensitive business information.
Retention and security
DriveFunnels keeps audit and consultation records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, improve the diagnostic system, or comply with legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised team members and service providers involved in operating the website and CRM workflow.
How to request changes
To correct or remove an audit submission, contact hello@drivefunnels.com. Include the company name and email used in the audit so the team can identify the correct record.
